Your responsibilities
  • Define and drive the product strategy in alignment with overall business goals, ensuring short-term impact, long-term vision, and scalable growth.
  • Shape and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features, improvements, technical debt, and growth initiatives based on strategic foresight and customer insights.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution of the roadmap and achievement of delivery goals.
  • Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for platform development and user acquisition.
  • Monitor competitors and industry shifts, ensuring TWINO’s offerings remain differentiated, competitive, and strategically positioned for growth.
  • Analyze product performance using quantitative and qualitative data to identify optimization areas, growth potential, and user acquisition opportunities.
  • Develop and drive effective go-to-market strategies, scaling growth through targeted marketing campaigns and user acquisition tactics.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to expand platform capabilities, accelerate growth, and extend market reach.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships, ensuring alignment, value delivery, growth collaboration, and timely issue resolution.
  • Create and manage use cases and user scenarios that guide development efforts and provide clarity to design, engineering, and marketing teams.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product development, product growth, and marketing within the financial services industry.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and independent mindset with the ability to effectively collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to manage priorities, ensuring projects stay on track even in dynamic environments.
  • Clear, confident communication skills, with an ability to engage and align stakeholders across different teams and functions.
  • Ability to handle pressure effectively, multitask efficiently, and consistently deliver exceptional user experiences that create meaningful value.
  • Fluent in Latvian and English (both written and verbal).
