Application Review

We spend about up to 2 weeks reviewing all applications. We look at your experience and education, but we're also big fans of motivation letters that feel personal and show you've taken the time to get to know TWINO and the role.

The First Chat

Time to put faces to names! Think of this as a two-way conversation. We'll tell you about TWINO, our team, and how we work together, while you tell us what you're looking for in your next opportunity. It's a chance for both of us to see if it feels like the right match

A Closer Look

You'll meet the person leading the team you're applying to join. Together you'll discuss the role in more detail, your experience, and how you like to work. Sometimes, one of your future colleagues joins in too because teamwork starts before day one

A Small Challenge

Every role is different, so some positions include a practical task. We've intentionally kept it short because we believe quality matters more than quantity. A small challenge is often all it takes to showcase your strengths.

We're almost at the finish line! Before we make things official, we'll ask you to share a few final details. Depending on the role, this may include previous employer references, educational certificates, or other documents. Don't worry, we'll always let you know exactly what's needed.
