Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing the financial data of TWINO investment platform ensuring accurate and timely delivery of requirements and consistent use of reporting systems and policies. This is an exciting opportunity for finance professionals to utilize their expertise in a challenging, rewarding, and creative environment while gaining valuable experience in a highly visible role.

Your responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes
  • Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations, and assess financial risks
  • Monitor costs and expenses to identify variances and trends
  • Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Close cooperation with the accounting team
  • Reporting to the Bank of Latvia on a monthly/quarterly basis regarding financial performance
  • Daily reporting to management on business-critical KPIs
  • Financial oversight of partner entities
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Analytical mindset, structured thinking, understanding of process interactions and sequences, problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with ERP systems/loan systems will be considered as an advantage
  • Preset knowledge would be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

The salary range for this position varies from 2500 EUR to 3000 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies.
