By joining TWINO as a Data Engineer, you will be integral part of Data Science & Engineering team, laying groundwork for advanced decision automation and contributing directly to the evolution of TWINO's data capabilities. Your efforts will ensure that our infrastructure is robust and scalable, including innovative analytics and machine learning initiatives that enable the seamless integration and processing of complex data sets and drive our Group-wide analytics and strategies.

Your responsibilities

Develop and maintain an efficient data architecture that supports large-scale data processing and analytics
Develop and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines from production databases to data lake
Take charge of designing and implementing data pipelines and decision automation for new product features
Take active part in and consulting colleagues on implementing production APIs responsible for data driven decisions
Implement systems for tracking data quality and consistency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
Monitor the performance of data systems, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions for improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, infrastructure and product development teams to ensure analysis and reporting as well as real-time decision making
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data engineering, introducing new technologies and methodologies to enhance business outcomes

What we are looking for

Experience with cloud data warehouses and / or data streaming solutions
Advanced programming skills, preferably in R or Python
Have a clear understanding of all phases of applied ML project lifecycles
A solid SQL knowledge
Experience with developing/maintaining ETL / ELT pipelines
Experience in at least few of the following technologies: git, Jenkins, docker, R plumber, R markdown
Understanding of continuous integration and test automation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

The salary range for this position varies from 2500-3600 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies.
