BI Developer

We are looking for a BI Developer to improve reporting capabilities on our investment platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business intelligence tools, strong SQL proficiency, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. As a BI Developer at TWINO, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that drive informed decision-making and optimize our investment platform's performance.

Your responsibilities

Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reports, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance
Integrate data from various sources into the BI platform, enabling the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analytical purposes
Design and implement data models, including data warehouses and data marts, to support reporting and analysis
Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions to ensure responsive and efficient reporting
Create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards and reports that convey complex information effectively
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions
Create and maintain documentation for BI processes, data models, and reporting structures
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging BI technologies to make recommendations for improvements

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role in a financial services or fintech environment
Proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL-based BI tools, with expertise in Preset.io being a strong advantage
Strong data modeling and ETL skills
Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A high level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Knowledge of financial markets and investment concepts is a plus

The salary range for this position varies from 2700-3000 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies.
