My Personal Information Has Changed — How to Update It?
If any of your personal details have changed, you can easily update them through your TWINO account. Simply go to the Profile section in the top-right corner of the page and select My Profile. In this section, you’ll find most of your account details and have the option to update information such as your tax details, bank account, password, and more.
Please note that certain changes — such as updating your bank account or disabling 2FA — may require additional steps or actions on your side to ensure the information is updated correctly.
Additionally, if your full name has changed due to marriage or any other reason, please contact us directly at [email protected], and our support team will assist you with the update.
