Below is a simple step-by-step guide on how to do it:

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Sign in to your TWINO account and go to the section at the top of the page:
My Investments → Individual Investments

Step 2: Access Real Estate Securities

In the left-hand menu, select Real Estate Securities.
Here, you will see a complete list of all your securities currently held in your portfolio.

Step 3: Select the Security You Want to Sell
From the list, choose the specific security you wish to sell and click on “Place sell order” on the right side of the screen.

Step 4: Set the Sale Details

Once you click “Place sell order”, a new window will appear where you can:

• Adjust the amount of securities you want to sell.

• Set the desired price for the sale.

Once you’ve confirmed the details, you can place your security for sale

Important: Offering a security for sale does not guarantee a successful sale. It will only go through if there’s sufficient demand from other investors.

Step 5: Check the Status of Your Sale

After your security is listed for sale, you can easily monitor its status:

1. Go to Invest → Manual Investment → Real Estate Securities.

2. Click on “Orders” to see all your orders — including completed, cancelled, and active listings.

3. Click on any active order to view more details.

If you wish to cancel an active order, simply select it and choose the cancel option.
