How it works
How to invest on the Secondary market?
Look through all the available Securities on the TWINO platform under Invest -> Manual Investment -> Secondary market.
Securities can be bought at a premium (red icon), a discount (green icon), or at par (grey icon).
Here are some examples:
If the price of 100 securities is € 110 with a 10% premium, when you click on Invest you will see the message You will receive 100 securities with the total value of € 100.00 by investing € 110.00. This means that an investment with a principal amount of € 100 gets added to your portfolio and the € 10 premium you paid is registered as a loss on secondary market transactions..
If the price of 100 securities is € 90 with a 10% discount, when you click on Invest you will see the message You will receive 100 securities with the total value of € 100.00 by investing € 90.00. This means that an investment with a principal amount of € 100 gets added to your portfolio and you earn an additional € 10 for investing in secondary market securities at a discount.
