New Secondary Market Policy for Vietnam and Philippines Loan Securities
To enhance investor protection and add an extra safeguard for higher-risk markets, TWINO has introduced a new secondary market policy for Vietnam and Philippines loan securities. As part of this update, transactions for these markets will now be handled manually.
Selling
If you wish to sell Vietnam or Philippines loan securities, the process remains unchanged — you can continue using the same secondary market procedures as before.
Buying
For purchases, several additional steps have been introduced.
The buying process still takes place on the same page under Invest → Manual Invest → Secondary Market.
Once you have found the investment and clicked “Invest”, the following fields will appear:
ISIN (automatically added)
Reference number (automatically added)
Amount (to be entered by you)
Name and surname / Investor ID (automatically added)
Please send all of the above information to [email protected].
Once we receive your email, our team will review your request, confirm the details, and then complete the transaction.
