Limits for FLEXI Investments

Certain limits apply to ensure a balanced investment experience and stable liquidity.

As FLEXI works as an Auto-Invest feature, it is included in your overall Auto-Invest investment limits. This means your limits are shared and may be reached faster, as FLEXI investments are counted together with your other Auto-Invest investments.

How much can I invest?

The maximum amount you can invest in FLEXI is €10,000 per client.

This limit applies to your total active FLEXI investment.

Why can’t I invest more?

There are a few possible reasons:

  • You have reached the €10,000 FLEXI investment limit

  • Your investment limits are shared across Auto-Invest products

  • Your Suitability & Appropriateness Assessment restricts access

If your limits are reached, any additional funds will remain in your FLEXI wallet as FLEXI Cash.

Why is my money not being invested?

Funds may not be invested if:

  • You have reached your investment limit

  • There are no available investments at the moment

  • Your balance is below the minimum investment amount (€10)

In these cases, funds remain as FLEXI Cash until they can be invested or withdrawn.

Are there limits on withdrawals?

You can submit up to 5 withdrawal requests per day in total, including withdrawals to both your Main Wallet and your bank account.

Once this limit is reached, additional requests can be made on the next day.

Eligibility requirements

To invest in FLEXI, you must complete the Suitability & Appropriateness Assessment. If your Auto-Invest access is restricted, FLEXI is not available until your assessment is updated.
