How do I create an account on TWINO?

Getting started with investing on TWINO is quick and straightforward. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you set up your account and begin your investment journey.

Step 1: Start Your Registration

Visit the TWINO website and click “Log in”“Register now” to begin the process.
You can create an account either as:

  • An individual (natural person)

  • A company (legal entity)

Step 2: Provide Basic Information

Enter your email address and password, then click “Next.”
You’ll then be asked to complete a short KYC (Know Your Customer) form, which includes details such as:

  • As part of the verification process, you’ll be asked to provide certain personal and financial information required by law. This information helps us verify your identity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements before we can approve and activate your account.

Step 3: Complete Document Verification (Onfido)

After filling in your basic details, you’ll need to verify your identity through our secure partner Onfido.

Step 4: Fill Out the Suitability Survey

Next, you’ll complete a short Suitability Questionnaire. This helps us assess whether the investment products on the TWINO platform are appropriate for you.

Important: If the information you provide is incomplete, outdated, or missing, we won’t be able to offer you certain services — including the Auto-Invest tool, which is considered a portfolio management service.

Step 5: Access Your TWINO Account

Once your Onfido verification and Suitability Survey are successfully completed, you’ll gain access to your TWINO account.
For added security, you’ll also be prompted to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). We strongly recommend doing this to protect your account.

Step 6: Check Your Account Status

Before you start investing, visit the “Account Status” section in your profile. There, you’ll see if any additional steps are needed to fully activate your account.
