Who can become an investor on TWINO?

TWINO offers investment opportunities to both individuals (natural persons) and legal entities who meet the eligibility requirements set out in our Terms & Conditions

Individual investors
To invest as an individual, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be an EU/EEA resident, at least 18 years old, and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

  • Have a current account (payment account) opened in your name with a credit institution, electronic money institution, or payment service provider that is registered in a European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) member state.

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process and keep it updated throughout the term of the agreement.

  • Not be subject to insolvency, bankruptcy, or liquidation procedures, and not be under any legal restrictions or incapacities that would prevent you from entering into agreements.

These requirements ensure compliance with legal obligations and allow TWINO to process your investments securely and efficiently.

Legal entity investors
You may also invest through a company or other legal entity, provided that:

  • The entity is duly established and registered in accordance with the laws of its jurisdiction within the EU/EEA.

  • A legally authorised representative completes the registration process on behalf of the entity.

  • All required documentation and information are submitted and kept up to date.

If you have any questions or encounter any issues during the process — or even if you do not meet these criteria — please feel free to contact our Client Service Team at [email protected] to discuss your options.
