How to apply for money withdrawal?

To request a payout from your TWINO account to your bank account, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your TWINO account.

  2. Navigate to Profile → Withdraw funds.

  3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm your request.

Important information about withdrawals

  • Linked bank account: Funds can only be sent to the bank account associated with your TWINO profile.
    If you wish to change this bank account, you can find instructions here.

  • Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 business days from the time the request is submitted.
    In some cases, the exact timing may vary slightly depending on banking schedules and operating hours. Requests submitted close to public holidays or outside regular banking times may take a little longer to be completed.

  • Security checks: For your protection, certain withdrawals may undergo additional security verification, which can also affect processing times.
