Why do I have FLEXI Cash?

This can happen for several reasons:

• You have recently added funds to your FLEXI wallet (the system is waiting for the Auto-Invest to process your funds, which may take up to 20 minutes)

• There are no currently available FLEXI investments at the moment (funds are waiting in the allocation queue)

• Your balance is below the minimum investment amount (€10)

• Interest payments are credited to your FLEXI Cash

Does FLEXI Cash earn interest?

FLEXI Cash does not earn interest. Interest is only generated on funds that are actively invested.

What happens to FLEXI Cash?

Your FLEXI Cash is invested automatically once investment opportunities become available and the minimum investment amount (€10) is reached. You don’t need to take any action.

You can also withdraw your FLEXI Cash at any time.
