How to change your bank account on TWINO?

If you’d like to update the bank account linked to your TWINO investment account, please follow the steps below. The process requires actions on your side and TWINO’s side to ensure security and compliance.

Step 1: Make a Deposit from Your New Bank Account
To begin the change process, you must first make a deposit from the new bank account you want to link to your TWINO account. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your TWINO account.

  2. Go to the “Profile” section.

  3. Navigate to “Add Funds.”

  4. Select the ''Manual bank transfer'' method to complete the deposit:

Important: Please make sure to include the following payment purpose in the payment details:
''Change bank account, Investor ID: ****** (your investor ID)''

Step 2: TWINO Initiates the Account Change Process
Once we receive the transfer from your new bank account, we will start the bank account change procedure on our side.

Step 3: Confirm the Change with 2-Factor Authentication

For security reasons, you’ll need to confirm the change in your TWINO account:

  1. Log back into your TWINO account.

  2. Go to “Profile”, then navigate to “My profile” and click on “Bank account.”

  3. Enter the verification code generated by your 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) app (e.g., Google Authenticator) when prompted.

Step 4: Verify the Update

After confirming the change, you can check whether the new bank account has been successfully linked:

  1. Go to the “Add Funds” section again.

  2. Review the bank account information displayed there.

  3. If your new bank details are visible, the change has been completed successfully.
