Junior HR Specialist

What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience in HR processes, personnel administration, and recruitment — at least 1.5 years.
- A university degree or ongoing higher education, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law.
- A basic understanding of employment law and experience applying it in practice.
- Accuracy and confidence when working with documents, as well as good Latvian and English language skills.
- Reliability, discretion, and the ability to organize your own work effectively.
- A goal-oriented, independent, and constructive mindset.
Your responsibilities
- Support recruitment by preparing job ads, communicating with candidates, and taking part in interviews.
- Help onboard new colleagues and support other HR processes.
- Prepare and update HR documentation and maintain information in the HR system.
- Contribute to reviewing, editing, and aligning internal policies and procedures.
- Help organize internal communications, training sessions, and team events.
- Support the HR Manager with organizational tasks and occasionally assist with tasks related to the company shareholder.
- Suggest improvements and use digital and AI tools in your daily work.
