IT Security Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Security Manager to strengthen TWINO’s security posture and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. You will play a key role in safeguarding our systems, data, and operations, while supporting the business in navigating evolving regulatory landscapes in fintech. 

Your responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and implement security policies, procedures, and controls across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks DORA and ISO 27001.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and prepare mitigation/treatment plans .
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external IT security audits, including evidence gathering, control validation, and gap analysis .
  • Monitor and assess compliance through continuous controls technical testing, reporting, incident simulation exercises and threat-led penetration testing for critical or important functions.
  • Collaborate with regulators, auditors, and business leaders to interpret requirements and translate them into practical security and operational processes .
  • Promote awareness and adoption of security policies and best practices across teams .
  • Support incident response planning and execution.
What we are looking for
  • A university degree in computer science, or position related field (professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, ISO 27001 LA will be considered an advantage)
  • Proven experience in IT security management, ideally within regulated environments such as financial services, fintech, or banking
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to fintech (DORA and ISO 27001)
  • Experience with audits and compliance assurance, including evidence gathering, control validation, and gap analysis.
  • Strong skills in policy and procedure management: writing, reviewing, maintaining, and ensuring adoption across teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate risks into business terms
  • Fluent English skills
