Senior Risk Analyst

As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will be in charge of designing and continuously improving risk control processes across the whole TWINO group. As a part of the risk management team, you will contribute to TWINO evolution to the next level of risk management.

Your responsibilities

Definition of new product lending rules and adjustments to existing lending rules and processes
Monitoring of credit portfolio quality
Collection, processing and analysis of business data related to credit risk management
Preparation of regular reports, forecasts and ad-hoc business data analysis related to credit risk issues
Communication with external partners, including, credit bureaus, regulators and other state institutions regarding external data exchange and fraud case investigation
Development and improvements of business data monitoring and reporting
Contribute to R&D projects to solve business issues and seek new ways how to do things better
Data interpretation to support business decisions
Assessment and development of Group fraud prevention and detection processes and procedures
Monitoring and maintaining antifraud procedures and rules in antifraud system

What we are looking for

Good understanding of credit risk management process
Experience in consumer fraud prevention or AML activities is an asset
Experience in credit risk management in banking or non-banking financial institution is an asset
Experience and understanding of financial products and services will be considered as an advantage
Good SQL knowledge
Advanced Excel skills
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline
High level of spoken and written Latvian, English
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
Results-driven with the ability to take initiatives, handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities and meet deadlines

We offer good and competitive terms of employment, exciting employee benefit program and competitive remuneration package. Salary range for this position varies from 2000 EUR – 2600 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience and other competencies.
