By joining the TWINO Investment team as a Product Owner, you will help accelerate the adoption of knowledge into product development strategies whilst creating a unique trading environment to provide retail investors with exquisite trading services. Your responsibilities
- Shape a compelling and coordinated investment trading product vision and strategy that will deliver outstanding investing experience to our retail investors
- Develop investment trading business plan and drive implementation in close cooperation with core investment trading leadership team
- Launch new investment products
- Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business commitments
- Take ownership to execute on key initiatives, from inception to completion; eager to solve any obstacles whatever it takes
- Lead cross-functional investment product development projects by closely cooperating with design, engineering, data, marketing & research, finance, and business operations to identify and build capabilities that improve our investment product ability
- Research and analyze the market, users, and roadmap for the product
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product
What we are looking for
- Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 3+ years or in-depth interest in investment trading products
- Knowledge of financial product development strategies
- Experience in product lifecycle management, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, roadmap development and product launch (bonus points)
- You understand investment trading products (CFDs, ETFs etc.)
- Have built investment trading product from zero (bonus points)
- You have an opinion about what constitutes good user experience for investment trading retail investors
- Flexibility in daily workflow, ability to work cross functionally and a consummate team player
- Familiarity using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision making
- Ability to focus on a problem at hand while thoughtfully considering overarching company strategy
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to a changing environment
- Growth-minded

- Salary range for this position varies from 2500 to 5000 EUR gross, depending on experience, skillset and other competencies
