By joining the TWINO People & Communications team as a People Business Partner, you’ll help discover and develop our most important resource: our people. You will lead talent acquisition and development and HR administrative function both locally and on the Group level.

Your responsibilities
  • Take ownership of full talent acquisition process
  • Lead employees onboarding and offboarding process
  • Partner with leadership to identify talent, development priorities, and succession plans
  • Assist employees and leadership through development and performance matters
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to people management, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Ensure the compliance of existing and created guidelines, processes, and procedures
  • Maintain internal HRMS system – SageHR and keep personal record-keeping
  • Organize personal record-keeping and assessment process of officials
  • Develop and work on special and cross-functional projects both locally and on Group level
What we are looking for
  • Proven experience from the banking, financial industry or high-growth technology companies as People (HR) Business partner or HR specialist
  • Proven experience in recruitment (experience in IT & tech recruitment would be an advantage)
  • In-depth knowledge of Latvian labor legislation, a full understanding of all People functions: you are familiar with key trends, best practices and shifting approaches within the People discipline
  • Well-organized, with a collaborative attitude and a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Professional discretion
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Fluency in English and Latvian language
  • Experience with HRMS system SageHR would be an advantage

We offer flexible and competitive terms of employment and a competitive remuneration package. The salary range for this position varies from 1800 EUR – 2500 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies.
