TWINO is looking for a Lead Product Designer with investment product design or retail financial product design experience. If you are creative, with excellent aesthetic judgement and you thrive in a fast paced, startup environment, this is the role for you! As a Lead Product Designer you will be a core member of a team building the next generation retail investment platform for the European market.
Your responsibilities
- Design simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight users
- Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design
- Help shape the product strategy and vision
- Build functional prototypes to validate and test your designs
- Participate in user research and testing
- Look for opportunities to solve problems in unique and innovative ways
- Help maintain visual and brand consistency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiences
What we are looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced creative environments
- Experience helping lead and mentor a team of designers
- Data driven approach
- Experience in designing products for Desktop, Web and mobile
- Possess not just exceptional product design skills, but the ability to implement strategic and conceptual thinking as well
- A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design
- Strong information presentation (visual and written) skills
- Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma
- Previous experience in FinTech sector and retail focused digital financial product design will be considered a bonus
