By joining the AS TWINO Investments as a Head of Customer Service, you will be responsible for defining and driving the vision of high standards to build and maintain relationships with more than 25,000 investors from across Europe on the TWINO platform, to help them understand how the platform works, consult with them about our products and features, as well as managing relationships with leading industry bloggers.

Your responsibilities
  • You will be working with existing and potential investors consulting them about the company's investment products
  • You will prepare relevant information for investors and ensure the delivery process
  • Analyze communication trends, identify fields of improvement and present solutions
  • Cooperation with the IT team will be part of your daily working life by identifying and documenting issues and requests from investors as well as being involved in new product and feature development
  • You will manage the current investor's requests processing
  • Website content creation and management
  • Reporting of key indicators and other required data to the company’s management team
  • To ensure communication and maintenance of relations with industry bloggers and influencers
  • Provide and maintain regular communication with investors, which includes regular newsletter preparation and e-mail delivery
  • Your input will be required in all matters concerning changes, improvements, and additions to the provided services to make sure they are developed with the best investor experience and platform usability in mind
What we are looking for
  • Proven previous experience as a Customer service manager, Investor relation manager or Senior specialist
  • Good sales, persuasion, and argumentation skills
  • Understanding of excellent service culture
  • The ability to go into a situation and focus on results
  • Good communication and networking skills
  • Stress resistance and flexibility
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills, German language skills would be an advantage
  • You are result-oriented with the ability to take initiative, multi-task and handle conflicting priorities
  • Experience with communication with bloggers and marketing communication material preparation would be an advantage
  • Experience in similar position and industry would be an advantage

We offer flexible and competitive terms of employment and a competitive remuneration package. The salary range for this position varies from 1800 EUR – 2200 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies.
